We would be glad to assist you here. PowerSchool Designated Support Contacts have access to the case portal within the Community to create a case with the Support team. To add that role into your PowerSchool Account, we recommend you reach out to the PowerSchool Designated Support Contact within your district. They should be able to assign the Designated Support Contact role to your PowerSchool account.
You can also reach out to the PowerSchool Team at email@example.com to work with the Designated Support Contacts within your district to request the role is added to your PowerSchool account on your behalf.
