I sent a request to Help on my PS Learning portal. They recommended chat and sent me the following:
"We encourage you to try our new Chat support next time you have support needs. You can find more information about our Chat support and hours here, https://help.powerschool.com/t5/Contact-Support/ct-p/Contact-Support."
If you are talking about Class Pages in the Unified Classroom, from the HELP icon select LIVE ASSIST. After you type in the information you have two options: to chat or submit a case.
Unfortunately if you are just on PowerSchooL Learning, I'm unable to see how that looks from the UC.
