I am one of the Schoology Admins for our district and a former Schoology and PowerSchool Ambassador.
A ticket was supposedly set up in the Case Portal here in PowerSchool for me, but I have no access to the portal. (Case 06205469).
Despite being told twice access had been fixed, I still have no access.

Currently, Schoology cases are not available in the PowerSchool Community Case portal until further notice. However, we sent you a private email where we explain this in more detail. We will continue to follow up with you in the private email on the next steps.

The case number I provided and a link to this site were provided to me by my Schoology Client Success rep. Jane. That case number is not a Schoology ticket and there are no open tickets on my Schoology account. I had all of those closed as nothing was happening with them.
