I was made a technical contact in our school today. I show that I have technical access in Powersource, but when I go to my login under Powerschool Community I still do not have access to the Case Portal or the ability to chat with support.
Does this take time to replicate or is there something else that needs to happen?

When an account is created or updated it takes up to 24 hours for the roles to be updated in the PowerSchool Community. You should now be able to access the Case Portal and chat with the support.
