When I click the Case Portal for PS SIS, it just sends me to the old PowerSouce portal...is that correct or is there supposed to be a new Support Case portal?

My name is Kena Clark and I'm the IT Director for the Milford Area Public Schools #124. We are using Chalkable and I have registrered for the portal. I'm getting the access denied when I'm trying to submit a ticket. Thank you for you help.
I know we reached out in a private message, but I will go ahead and share here as well for others to see.
When going through mobile, you will need to click on the words "Case Portal" when attempting to access the Case Portal.
From there, you should be able to get to the portal and view your cases.
Hopefully that helps clear things up!
