Cannot access Case Portal on PowerSchool Community.

Cannot access Case Portal on PowerSchool Community.

I need to submit a ticket case through support.

Instructions say to :

To submit a support case, please use the Case Portal on PowerSchool Community

 

When I click to go to case Portal, I get the message that I do not have access to use this resource!

How do I submit a case ticket for a very very time sensitive system failure!  This is frustrating.

Some resources are publicly accessible on PowerSchool Community while others and the access to the case portal are available to specific roles in a district such as the role of a Designated Support Contact.  I will follow up with you through a case to discuss your access to the case portal as here in PowerSchool Community, we strive to protect the privacy of our members.
