Can't log a support call

Trying to reach the support but don't have access, can you please add.

Hi! @langloisb,

 

There are Designated Support Contacts within each district that can assist you with how-to questions and troubleshooting steps for PowerSchool products.  The Designated Support Contacts within each district work with PowerSchool Support when further assistance is needed.  If you feel you should be a Designated Support Contact, I recommend reviewing this article for the different methods you can take to request the role within your district.
