I'm trying to access chat support (https://help.powerschool.com/t5/Launch-Chat-Support/ct-p/LaunchChatSupport), but I'm getting a message stating that I don't have access. Please advise.

Certain resources in the Community, such as launching chat or managing cases are accessible by Designated Support Contacts. If this is something you feel you should have access to, we recommend working with one of the Designated Support Contact from your school or district, who can review your access.
