Can't access case portal for eFinance Plus

I'm getting an error when I try to contact support for eFinance Plus.  How do I get access to this?

Hi @lpatterson1,

 

I understand your concern about not being able to enter a new case. Some pages are open to all Community Members while others are restricted to certain roles within a district such as a Designated Support Contact. The Case Portal is one of the pages that is restricted to Designated Support Contacts.
