Is there a way to assign certain students to certain teachers in PS Admin? For example, assign all EC students in the school to EC teachers, or assign athletes to coaches.
Often times it is necessary for these individuals to have admin access to certain students, but not all students at their school.
You can create sections and enroll these specific kids in those section so the teacher would still use the PT portal to access their info. This works but is a pain when kids move around or quit teams, etc. No one in the central office wants to have to keep track of the rosters.
So we have a generic admin accounts for coaches, class advisors, etc that are very limited in their access. We control this through page permissions and roles administration.
