If you are adding the whole URL, it should work in the Notes area but you might need to update the field to be an RTE field that allows zoom links.
We have a process for that in support, so we recommend you reach out to PowerSchool Support through a case so they can have access to the required information to help you add the links.

Hello - sorry - we using Professional Learning - I'm currently adding the url link under resources - I've created a tab "Website" and staff click on that to go directly to an outside link.
Was wondering if it is possible to add the URL link in the Notes area?
