Adding a class for multiple students after grades are stored

In Indiana, we have to student's transcripts whether they completed a Employability Skill. The directions from the state are to add it as a Course and they P/F. 

Unfortunately, we forgot to do this, and grades have been stored. I tried to enroll students in a course and then was going to as my tech director to store just that course. But the course won't show up. Today is the "last day" students are enrolled in school so I don't know if that is why it won't show up?

Can someone help me with this? Or tell me a way to add a course in stored grades for multiple students at once?

The course won't "show up" where? Is school still in-session so you can enroll students into it?

You can also Import into the StoredGrades table via Quick Import.

I did get it added. I realized I had to change the date of enrollment to when we were in session.  Oops!

I don't think I have permission on import grades.

Sounds like you got it setup so you can store. I have attached the Historical Grade import template here, just in case.
