As a Technical Contact, you should be able to create and manage cases in the PowerSchool Community as well as connect with our Support teams via Chat.  The Creating Cases and Launch Chat articles should walk through these processes.

 

The Getting Started as a Designated Support Contact article should help you get started with all processes in the Community as a Technical Contact.
