I would like to create a ticket for help with PS SIS and don't seem to have access

While PowerSchool Community is a great place to access product-related knowledgebase articles, announcements, and discussion forums and is accessible by all members of the community, the access to certain pages within the Community is limited to the Designated Support Contacts within that school district. 

 

If you feel you should be a Designated Support Contact within your school district, I recommend reaching out to the current Designated Support Contacts who should be able to work with our support teams and update your account access within the Community so that you can create a ticket for help. 

 

Alternatively, you could also write to businessoperations@powerschool.com and we will work with your school district to update your access.
