Access to New Case Form/Submit Tickets

May I please get access to be able to submit issues using the New Case Form?

Hi! @PenHouston 

 

If you are a Designated Support Contact in your school or district and you are unable to access the Case Portal, I recommend reviewing the tips in this article under the section Designated Support Contacts(Technical Contacts).

 

Please let me know if you still experience any difficulties accessing the Case Portal in the community.

Good Morning,

 

The designated support contact retired and I am unable to access her account. Is there anyway to switch designated support contact? I am trying to submit a case but do not have access to that page. PeopleAdmin seems to be down for the last hour.

Thank you for reaching out in the PowerSchool Community!  We have created a case on your behalf about Technical Contact access. We will continue to follow up with you in the case.  In reference to PeopleAdmin being down, it's a known issue and the PowerSchool Team is currently working towards a resolution.  The issue should be resolved shortly.
