I'm the HR Admin for our organization and I need to enter a case for an issue we are currently experincing. I notice when I go to Contact Support > PeopleAdmin (for Searchsoft application), I receive a message stating to go through community to gain access. Please let me know if you need anything from me to grant me access to enter a case for our application.

I understand your concern about not being able to access the case portal. Some pages are open to all Community Members while others are restricted to certain roles within a district such as a Designated Support Contact.
If you are not a Designated Support Contact and you feel you should be a Designated Support contact, I recommend reaching out to a DSC in the district to request assistance with PowerSchool Product.
You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org and PowerSchool will work with your school district to request the role is added to your PowerSchool account on your behalf.
