Our division is in our first year using Performance Matters. I need to be able to submit tickets for technical support. Most urgently right now, I need to submit a ticket to request help editing an item on a test that is already locked. How can my profile be changed so I am able to submit tickets?
You can reach out to support directly by logging into your Performance Matters(Unify) account. There is a Live Assist option at the bottom left of the screen, please click on Live Assist and then enter a subject, provide a detailed statement of your inquiry and click Launch Live Assist.
Live Assist allows you to chat with a Technical Support Engineer and even share your screen so that they can look into the problem and guide you to a solution in real-time.
