Access Denied

When trying to access pages sent via PS support for our registration product, I get access denied.

Thank you for posting in the Community. If you are receiving an error message that you do not have access to a particular resource in the Community, I recommend reviewing this article.

 

Please share the link to the Community resource that you are trying to access.

I was just in one of your Webinars today: Permanently Storing Grades & GPA. 

I received the email to click and view the recording. 

It navigated me to sign up. 

I signed up. 

Then I clicked to view the recording and I received the same message as this previous user.

Resources are accessible based on the role assigned by your school or district.  This article will provide the most common reasons you may receive a message that you do not have access to a resource.
