If a case is no longer valid or needed, how should the customer go about closing the case that was already opened?
If your case is no longer valid or needed, simply reply within the case thread and inform the assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) that the case can be closed. The CSM will take the necessary steps to close it on your behalf. To contact Customer Success, use the PowerSchool Assistant. This is the best path to find answers and create a Success case to connect with the team. If you're already in the Assistant, continue the conversation and you will get an option to contact our Success team.
