We want to remove one of the product lines from the invoice or quote we received. What are the next steps?
If the renewal quote associated with the invoice has already been signed by you or someone from your school or district, we are unable to make changes to it. However, if you're reaching out before the renewal start date or prior to signing the renewal quote, the PowerSchool Customer Success Team can assist you with your request. To contact Customer Success, use the PowerSchool Assistant. This is the best path to find answers and create a Success case to connect with the team.
