REPORT BUILDER: BASIC

 

  1. Hover over the Reporting tab and click Longitudinal Data.
  2. Click the Report Builder tab across the top of the search screen.
  3. The information selected here will indicate what information will be provided on the report. Users may select the student information they want to populate in the columns of a report in the Select Columns area on the left side of the screen.
  4. Once these criteria have been selected, select ‘Click to View Your Report’.



WHEN AND WHY IS THIS FEATURE USED?

The Basic tab allows users to create basic reports based on data that has been imported for their school system. Report Builder allows users to create custom reports, using filters and selections of their choice. These reports may both be printed using the print view button at the top right of the report, as well as exported to a spreadsheet by clicking the Excel button, also located at the top right-hand corner of the report once it has been generated.



ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Users will see all the students at their highest level of permissions.
  • Users may also use Report Builder to save students to a watchlist or add to an existing watchlist.
  • If a filter is grayed out, it means there is no data available to pull for that; example: If 2018-2019 is grayed out, it means there is no data for 2018-2019 in regards to other filters you have selected.
