Paper Pencil Test Sessions

1. Click the “Exams” tab on the left side of the screen in “Classroom Manager.”
2. Select the “Subject” and “Exam Category” from the respective drop-down menus on the left.
3. Select the [+] sign next to the appropriate school. This expands the accordion bar to reveal a list of staff members whose courses are eligible to be assigned to test sessions for the selected exam.
4. Select the [+] sign next to the appropriate staff member’s name. This expands the accordion bar to reveal a list of courses eligible to be assigned to be assigned to test sessions for the selected exam.
5. Select the “New Test Session” button to the right of the appropriate course.
6. Select “Paper Pencil” from the drop-down menu beside “Session Type.”
7. The “Session Name” defaults to the Session Type (Paper Pencil). The session name may be customized to the user’s preferences or left as the default session name.
