How do I ungrade a student’s exam?

If the test is less than 90% completed and graded, contact PowerSchool Assessment support via Live Assist. Please provide the Client Support Representative with the student’s name or ID number, the subject and the exam you need ungraded and the representative can ungrade the exam for you.

 

If the test is more than 90% completed and graded, please have one of your PowerSchool District Liaisons contact us directly via either Live Assist or via email at aasupport@powerschool.com with the above information.

 

*Note: The PowerSchool District Liaison is usually a school administrator. If you do not know who the District Liaison of your district is, please contact us via Live Assist or via email at aasupport@powerschool.com.
