A student’s exam froze while trying to submit. What do I do?

Navigate to ‘Testing Center’ to see the status of the student’s test. If the test is in “Graded” status, then the student can exit PowerTest. If the student’s exam is in “Testing” status, you can reset the test by clicking the red arrow to the right of the student’s name. Have the student log back into PowerTest and submit. You may also reset the test and click the checkered flag with the green arrow to manually submit and grade the exam.
