The report will include students assigned to the selected district and school who took the pre-and-post-assessments associated with the metric during the selected term.

The report lists each student’s Baseline Number Correct and Baseline Percent Correct. The Baseline Number Correct refers to how many items the student answered correctly on the pre-assessment. The total number of items included on the exam will appear at the top of the column in parentheses. The Baseline Percent Correct is the student’s score on the pre-assessment.

The next two columns are the Lower Expected Range and the Upper Expected Range. These percentages are the minimum and maximum ranges of the growth target established for the student. With expected growth, the student’s post-assessment scores is anticipated to fall within these ranges.

Each student’s Post Assessment Number Correct and Post Assessment Percent Correct are listed next. The Post Assessment Number Correct refers to how many items the student answered correctly on the post-assessment. The total number of items included on the exam will appear at the top of the column in parentheses. The Post Assessment Percent Correct is the student’s score on the post-assessment.

Lastly are the students’ Growth and Achievement. Growth is noted as High, Typical, or Low. Students scoring above the target range fall into the high growth category, while students falling below the target fall into the low growth category. Students falling within the target are showing typical growth. Achievement is determined based on the cut score for the post-assessment and is noted as either Pass or Did Not Pass for each student.
