Pass Rates

The pass rate is the percentage of students overall who passed based on where the cut score is currently set.

Hover over the green or red portions of the “Pass Rate” bar. As indicated in the following image, a ratio will appear containing the number of students who passed or failed out of the total sum of students assigned to the course.

To generate a report containing a list of all students who received a passing score, click the green section of the “Pass Rate” bar.

The “Student Performance Report” includes a “Report Filter” at the top that defines the range of passing scores. In the instance of the following report, scores ranging from 70 to 100 are defined as passing as the pass rate was set to 70%, shown circled in blue in the following image.

In addition to listing all students in the course who received a passing score, the report features columns listing each student’s “Student #,” “Grade Date, “Points,” and “Average.”

The “Student Performance Report” includes a “Report Filter” at the top that defines the range of failing scores. In the instance of the following report, scores ranging from 0 to 69.9 are defined, shown circled in blue in the following image, as failing as the pass rate was set to 70%.
