1. Click on the “Staff” tab, circled in blue in the following image, to search for faculty or staff members within the district. Enter the name of a staff member in the “Search” box, indicated by a pink arrow. Select a staff member from the list of names that appears. 2. Once a staff member has been selected from the list, five expandable accordion bars appear on the right side of the screen under the “Details” tab. These bars include “Staff Member Name,” “Schedule,” “Students,” “Testing,” and “Security.”
a. Click the[+]sign beside “Staff Member Name” to reveal the selected staff member’s name, location, email address, status, and username. b. Click the[+]sign beside “Schedule” to reveal a list of courses currently assigned to the selected staff member. c. Click the[+]sign beside “Students” to reveal a list of students currently enrolled in the selected staff member’s courses. d. Click the[+]sign beside “Testing” to reveal a list of courses currently assigned to the staff member as well the exams assigned to those courses. Click the [+] beside each exam, to expand a list of test sessions for that exam. e. Click the[+]sign beside “Security” to reveal a list of the staff groups currently assigned to the selected user’s account.
