INTERVENTION ELIGIBILITY: ADDING INDICATORS  

  1. Navigate to “Settings” under the “Admin” tab.
  2. Select the “Intervention Eligibility” tab
  3. Select the Eligibility Area category from the list on the left.
  4. Click “Add Row.”
  5. Click the Indicator drop-down menu and select the desired indicator from the list provided.
  6. Click the Operator drop-down menu and select the desired operator from the list provided.
  7. Enter a Threshold value in the space provided to declare the indicator’s minimum value.
  8. Click Save.



WHEN AND WHY IS THIS FEATURE USED?

Intervention Eligibility Areas serve as general categories under which indicators are assigned and used when determining if students are eligible for intervention programs.

  • A user with Analytics Account Admin Edit permissions can add Intervention Eligibility Indicators

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In order to add an indicator, that Eligibility Area must be in “Inactive” status. You can do this by clicking “Deactivate” at the top right.
