*Note: Although our system allows staff to manually add a student to a course, we strongly advise that these changes be made in the SIS, and sent to Clever instead in order to avoid errors and prevent duplication.
1. Hover over “Admin” and select “Classroom Manager” from the drop-down menu. 2. Click the “Students” tab on the left side of the page. 3. Select from the “Grades” drop-down menu to narrow the student list below. 4. Enter the student’s name in the “Search” field, indicated with a pink arrow, to locate the appropriate student. 5. Click on the student’s name when it appears below the “Search” field. 6. Click “Add Courses,” circled in yellow in the following image.
7. Select the course “Subject” from the drop-down menu indicated by a blue arrow in the following image. 8. Select the course name from the list and click “Add Course Section to Student” at the bottom of the window to save the change.
