There are two ways to add individual students to an existing test session depending on whether the student is already assigned to the course associated with the exam.
 
To add individual students already assigned to the course to a test session:
 
1.    Click the “Exams” tab from the left side of the screen in “Classroom  Manager.”
2.       Select the “Subject” and “Exam Category” from the drop-down menus on the left.
3.       Click the  [+]  sign next to the appropriate school to expand a list of staff members with courses eligible to have test sessions created for the selected exam.
4.       Click the  [+]  sign next to the appropriate staff member’s name to expand a list of courses eligible to have test sessions created for the selected exam.
5.       Click the  [+]  sign next to the appropriate course to reveal a list of available test sessions.
6.       Click the appropriate test session. When viewing the test session, there should be an expandable list at the bottom of the page titled “Not Assigned.”
7.       Click the  [+]  sign next to “Not  Assigned.” A list of students assigned to the class but excluded from the test session appears.

8.       Click the checkered flag icon to the right of the student to add to the test session. A drop-down menu appears, giving the option to add the student to an existing test session or to create a new test session for that student.

a.       Hover the mouse over “Assign to…” to display l a list of existing test sessions. Click one of the sessions to place the student in the selected test session.
b.       Clicking “New Test Session” prompts the “New Test Session” window to open, allowing a new test session to be created for the student.

To add individual students to a test session who are not yet assigned to the course:

***Please Note:  Assigning the student to the test session will automatically add the student to the course associated with the exam.***
 
1.       Once a test session has been created, click the “Menu” button in the center of the screen.

2.       Select “Add student to test session.”

3.       Use the drop-down menu beside “Grade” to filter the list of students by grade level.
4.       Enter the student’s name in the “Search” field, and click on the student’s name when it appears.
5.       Click “Add to Test Session” in the corner of the screen. The student is automatically added to the test session as well as the course associated with the exam.
