We are thrilled to announce the relaunch of the Case Portal in PowerSchool Community! This redesign provides access to your frequently accessed resources like creating a case, launching chat support, or posting in one of our product’s forums, all in one place. The new case portal has been designed to streamline your experience and improves your experience accessing support, from start to finish.
Our primary goal was accessibility, which is why we designed the Case Portal page to include links to the three most useful areas: The Community Forums, PowerSchool Chat Support, and the New Case Form. We also integrated the Enrollment Case Portal into the new portal to further drive innovation and efficiency when working with Support.
Once you create a new case, you will now see helpful articles throughout each step to help streamline the process. We have expanded the opportunities for feedback during case creation so that we can continuously improve your experience. Additionally, the New Case Form is designed to work better across different browsers and reduce the number of clicks necessary to submit a case.
We have remodeled the Manage Cases function to allow for better sorting, easier searching, and a more user-friendly layout. We have also added a Close Case option to our new design. Once you feel your request has been addressed, you can use this feature to mark the case as closed.

Once this update is completed, you can access the updated Case Portal by logging into your PowerSchool Community account. From the Contact Support drop-down menu at the top of the page, clickCase Portal.
