While PowerSchool Support observes this holiday, we are committed to the integrity and security of our products. If you feel that you have experienced an issue relating to the security or integrity of your system, submit a case through our Case Portal in PowerSchool Community. In addition to logging a case through our Case Portal, you can call us at 866-434-6276 and reference your recently submitted case number.
For Schoology Learning, live support will be available for customers with a Premium Support or End User Support package via phone, chat, and web, by clicking on ‘Support’ at the bottom of the Schoology Learning application.
