We have received some reports of errors when adding an attachment through a new case in the Community Case Portal. When this occurs, the case is created successfully but the file is not attached. We have reported this issue and will share updates as they are available. 

 

Files can be attached successfully through case comments on existing cases. You can click on the case once it has been created. In the case detail view, add an attachment under the Comment box and that will allow you to share an attachment.
