To add a new school, please provide the PowerSchool Customer Success Team with the following details:

  • School name
  • Billing and shipping address
  • Contact email
  • Enrollment count
  • Website address

The Customer Success Team will submit your request to the appropriate internal team. You will be notified once the new school has been successfully added to your account.  To contact Customer Success, use the PowerSchool Assistant. This is the best path to find answers and create a Success case to connect with the team. If you're already in the Assistant, continue the conversation and you will get an option to contact our Success team.
