Permission Click Option for Parents to say no and not have to fill out the form.

Hi,

I have created a consent form on Permission Click and want to give parents the option to say "yes" or "no" before they have to fill out the form. I have said yes to yes/no per child, however when I try to test it out from a parents view, it still asks me to fill out the form. At the bottom of the picture below it says that if a parent chooses no, they will skip the questions, and go straight to review...it doesn't. Can someone tell me what I need to do?

Is your form responder set to "Parent for Child"? For additional information, I recommend this article: Q&A: Yes/No per Student Feature.

Are you using the Yes/No selector of the Yes/No Conditional selector? For additional information, I recommend this article: How to use Question Types.
