      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have access to SchoolMessenger support you should see the option listed under Products in the top navigation menu, My list looks like this:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you do see it listed you can click the SchoolMessenger product you are looking for and it will bring you to that page. From there, there is a chat bot that can connect you with chat support.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do not see it listed, but it should be I would reach out to your powerschool rep for help. You can find that person by clicking the Customer Connect option on the top nav bar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
