The question on the first page is:<BR /><BR />"<SPAN>Is this the first time you have completed and submitted an enrollment application for this student to attend the South Orange &amp; Maplewood School District?"</SPAN></P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>We have tried to enroll for the pre-K lottery in the past. Does that count as a "no" in this case?
