Now I am in the process of getting the work VISA from the US government in Tokyo.

As the new school year will start at the end of August 2024, I would like to secure a place for my children in our target public school before receiving the VISA.

-Can I proceed with the application process for public middle school and elementary school in North Carolina before receiving the VISA?
