Cant enroll child in my parent account

im trying to create a parent account so can see my daughter report card. I have her access ID and Access password. I enter the info was provided by the school and it say student cannot be added information invalid or whatever. I've seen other people on here complaining of the same thing and it doesn't look like it was resolved. have triple checked everything and nothing is working. Help!

You'll need to contact your daughter's school for help with creating a parent account, as PowerSchool Support doesn't have access to your daughter's account info to help.
