Records Approval

Hello,

When trying to submit for Approval, I get the following error, but it does not state WHAT within the record does not meet the approval criteria. I have reviewed the record several times and cannot find where the error could be:

DETAILS: The record does not meet the approval criteria.

Has anyone come across this problem and if so, what fields triggered this error?

The guardian may have entered zeros in for a phone number. In our 2025 enrollment process, it no longer allows the record to be approved.
