ERROR WHILE UPDATING CONTACTS.

I am in the Student Contacts page but Evertime i try to submit, it's saying an error for the contacts:

I am sorry you were unable to update contacts on the student contacts page. I have attached an article here that should guide you through the process of adding students.

If you are still unable to update contacts after you have been through these steps, I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district who should be able to assist you with this.
