Annual student update form sign-in issue

I am trying to complete my child's annual update form. I was able to complete 1 child's form, but with my 2nd child, I clicked on the form link under "Registration" tab, the page showed an error message:

Sign In Problem

There was a problem with the sign in process.

Please contact your school or the Support Team for assistance.

Exception: StudentIdentifier: ****** (my child's student ID) not authorized for user.
