Sign In Problem - Return Student Registration

Hello,

I am receiving an error when I click "Start" on the Returning Student Registration for my daughter entering 7th Grade. The error reads as follows:
"Exception: StudentIdentifier: 1066294 not authorized for user."

I was able to complete the form for my son going into 5th Grade at a different school without any issue.

Please advise.
