Not receiving email for forgotten password

I've tried logging in with the username and password i first registered with but it wont let me know so i chose the Forgot password link and had it submitted to then wait on an email however i have not received anything and ive checked my spam, i have no blocked emails, and i sent it twice.

Is there any other way for me to get logged back in?

To assist you further, would you please provide the name of the portal in which you are trying to log in and the Forgot password link is not working?

This is also happening at my School District. We use PowerSchool SIS.
