Student Information Verification Form email not received

My son, 3rd grader, is continuing in the same HPS school for last 3 year. As a parent I am expected to submit student Information verification,but never received any email. I did that last year, even when I go to registration.powerschool I do not find any upcoming/pending form for 2023-2024,but I do see a submitted Information verification form for last year. As per school powerchool has sent it 3 times already.

The email configuration varies by district. If you are not receiving a verification email even after they have sent you multiple times, this could be due to the customizations enabled by the district. We recommend reaching out to your school district and the School or District Administrators can work with PowerSchool Support to review the district's settings.
