I keep submitting my child registration form however it keeps rejecting my form on he basis that there is a mistake that needs to be edited I have already gone through the form three times already after resubmitting it and yet the application is still being rejected I'm not sure what the problem in the form is either since it does not identify what problem I have to fix.
