I need help signing my student up as a returning student.

I need help signing my student up as a returning student. I filled out the form for a new student in error, and my registrar advised how to sign up a returning student instead. However, whenever I click "Returning student" I get the "Next Steps" screen instead of the forms to fill out. Basically, I think it thinks I'm already signed up and therefore won't give me the Returning student form to fill out. Trying to find a way to access the returning student form for her so I can fill it out.
