I am trying to request transfer from Cirby to Spanger, my child will be entering kindergarten. Since she does not yet have an attendance record, is it okay to leave this "required" documentation blank?

Good Day! The enrollment forms are designed based on the requirements set by your school district. I recommend reaching out to your school district directly who should be able to guide you further with this and the correct input for this field.
