"One contact must have a priority of 1." error message

I am receiving the error message "One contact must have a priority of 1." However, there is not a "1' in the drop down list to choose on the priority tab, only 2-5. I have confirmed I have the contacts tab completed correctly. I am unable to submit until this is corrected. Thanks.

FYI it seems to be fixed. it worked for me today.
