    <description>&lt;P&gt;As I said above, I am unable to continue to fill out a form using the snapcode that I was provided by my district. When I take the snapcode link and enter the snapcode it says I have to log in as myself which I already was logged in. Any help or support would be wonderful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
